Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager with a proven track record in driving business growth within the insurance industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating, developing, and retaining new business opportunities to enhance revenue and profitability for the brokerage firm. This role requires a results-oriented professional with strong relationship management, sales, and strategic planning skills.
Qualification, Skills and Experience Required
  • Minimum of BSc/ HND degree in Insurance or related discipline.
  • An MBA/master’s degree is an added advantage.
  • Must be an Associate member of CIIN.
 Experience Required
  • Between 5-7 years’ relevant experience in the sales of insurance products.
  • Understand the various insurance products.
  • Ability to generate new business.
  • Build a resourceful sale funnel.
  • Ability to convert prospects to clients.
  • A team member to achieve the organizational goals.
